Simply Customize It 1.0.22: Small Stability Fix

This update fixes a rare crash that could occur when deleting templates within Simply Customize It.

In one specific case, templates with an attached .template file could cause the app to stop unexpectedly during deletion. This was brought to my attention via email (thank you!), and I was able to reproduce it, track down the issue (the attachment wasn’t being cleaned up correctly), and fix it.

No new features, no UI changes.... I simply wanted to get this small stability fix out as quickly as possible so things continue running smoothly.
