- Description: What started with the same subscription fix as the rest of my apps rapidly grew into two new Shortcuts actions and a handful of sharing fixes.

This one started with the same subscription update you've been emailed about before... but it worked its way up from there and ended with adding a couple of new ways to log a task without opening the app at all.

## New Shortcuts

You could already use Shortcuts to check your last log or log a task with one tap. Now there are two more options. *Log Task With Details* lets you add a note while you log, right from the Shortcuts app or your Home Screen while *Update Last Log* lets you go back and add to the comments on that task's most recent log. I'm hoping as Siri's capabilities grow this makes it easier to log without needing to go into the app as much.

## Sharing Fixes

While working on the shortcuts I wanted to test out shared tasks. I noticed if you were already added to an existing group other people's logs were mislabeled as your own on your device only. This is now fixed with the new entries landing in Settings and, if unknown, leaving the name empty... plus these blanks names now show as '*Someone*' rather than simply looking like sentences were missing something. As always you can go into Sharing and rename how they appear.

In addition share links created on a Mac weren't being shared properly and, when tapped, were saying access was removed. That's now fixed and we can share from the Mac.

## And Beyond

In a previous update I added a count for the number of days between entries. I both realized it needed to be bumped down and, more importantly, switched it so whether it's your task (worked before) or a task shared with you (new) you can toggle it on or off regardless.

I also realized if a task was set to have a calculated due date but the repeat wasn't entered it thought it was due regardless of how many times you logged it. Now it warns you in several ways that it's missing that information... and the Task Ideas library has been updated so that issue won't happen the same way again.

Beyond these...like the other apps, subscription handling is steadier with a grace period fix making this the last of my published apps to get this fix.

This was a smaller update in the sense that nothing too major got added, but it touched more than I expected once I started pulling the thread. If anything still feels off, I'd genuinely love to [hear from you](mailto:mail@simplykyra.com?subject=Simply%20Remember%20It%20Update).
